Office Anesthesiology & Dental Consultants, PC Founded in 2003 by Dr. Zak Messieha, a dental anesthesiologist with over 10 years of hospital and office-based anesthesiology experience. Dr. Messieha sensed the need for quality office-based anesthesiology care in Illinois and the greater Chicago area, thus OADC was established. Since its initiation, OADC has been growing rapidly. Our mission is to provide the best office-based anesthesia services possible through a patient-centered approach and with full understanding and cooperation with the treating doctor. This is achieved through state of the art techniques, while maintaining old-fashioned compassion and personal care.
